Voice Hubs

How it works

   Member joins a Join-to-Create hub

   Aeon creates a temporary voice room and moves them in automatically.

   Room mode applies

   Casual (everyone speaks), Streaming (owner-only speak), or Choice (member picks).

   Owner runs the room

   Use /vc mute, lock, limit, name, type, blacklist, and more until the room empties and auto-deletes.

Set it up

1. Step 1Create a hub voice channel

   In Discord, make a voice channel members will join to spawn rooms (e.g. “➕ Create Room”).

2. Step 2Add a hub in the dashboard

   Modules → Voice Hubs → Add hub. Select the hub channel, optional temp category, room mode, and empty-room delete delay (default 30s).

3. Step 3Optional: customize Responses

   Tune choice-picker delivery (DM vs channel), button labels, and error copy, then Save.

4. Step 4Test with a second account

   Join the hub, confirm a room appears, and try /vc lock as the room owner.

What you need

• Bot permissions

  Manage Channels, Move Members, Connect, and Speak in the hub category.

• Hub limit

  Up to 10 hubs per server, casual, streaming, or choice per hub.

• Choice mode tip

  If DMs are closed, the type picker falls back to a channel message.
