How it works

  1. Idea comes in

    Via /suggest, prefix !suggest, or a raw message in the suggestion channel (if convert is on).

  2. Card goes public

    Upvote/downvote buttons, optional discussion thread, and a staff status dropdown.

  3. Mods move the status

    Open → Under Review → Planned / Approved / Implemented / Declined (fully customizable).

Set it up

  1. Step 1Enable + pick the suggestion channel

    Modules → Suggestion Pipeline → set Suggestion channel (required).

  2. Step 2Configure intake rules

    Min length (default 8), convert channel posts into cards, and auto-create discussion threads.

  3. Step 3Shape statuses and mods

    Reorder/rename statuses (max 25). First status is the default for new cards. Add moderator roles or rely on Manage Server / Manage Messages.

  4. Step 4Polish Card + Responses, then Save

    Adjust embed fields and acknowledgement messages so voting and status changes feel on-brand.
