Moderation
Keep a record of what staff did, cases from slash commands, an appeals inbox, and settings (including the warn ladder). Message filters and spam rules live under Safety → Content & spam.
Auto-mod (moved)
Word filter, spam checks, links, Signals, Test, and Activity now live on Safety → Content & spam. Old Auto-mod dashboard URLs redirect there.
Cases
- Searchable case log by member. Filter by action type; optionally include voided cases.
- Three-pane flow: pick a member → browse their cases → open detail (reason, moderator, active / voided / expired).
- Edit reason or void a case (with an optional void reason). Stats summarize active warns, bans, and voids.
Appeals
- Queue filtered by pending / resolved / all. Members submit via
/member appealwhen appeals are enabled. - Approve or deny with confirmation. Approving a warn appeal can remove the warn; approving a ban appeal triggers an unban through the bot.
- If appeals are off, the checklist points you to Moderation Settings.
Settings
- Notifications, e.g. DM members when a case is opened.
- Appeals, enable appeals and pick an appeal channel.
- Mod log, Discord mod-log channel, warn expiry days, and related toggles.
- Warn ladder (
#warn-ladder), escalating steps after repeated warns (timeout, kick, ban, quarantine). Quarantine steps need Quarantine ready on Raids & joins.
